COUNSEL (To partake in judging correctly in a given situation.Listening and obeying the voice of God that our actions will glorify Him.)

Psalms 1:1 Blessed the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, stand in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Psalms 33:11 The counsel of the Lord standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Proverbs 1:5 A wiseman will hear; and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.

Proverbs 8:14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding; I have strength.

Proverbs 19:20-21 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. 21 There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless, the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.

2 Kings 20:5 Turn again and tell Hezekiah, the captain of my people, Thus said, the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee:on the third day thou shalt go up unto the House of the Lord.

Job 16:20 My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.

Psalms 116:8 For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, my feet from falling.

Psalms 126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

Jeremiah 31:16 Thus said the Lord; Refrained thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord; and they shall come again    from the land of the enemy.

Luke 7:44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.

WISE ( Is a God given and God centered discernment for practical issues in life.)

Psalms 107:43 Whosoever is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the Lord.

Proverbs 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.

1 Corinthians 4:10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ: we are weak, but ye are strong: ye are honorable, but we are despised.

Romans 16:26-27 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: 27 To the only wise God, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen.
