DOCTRINE
EXALT
DEATH
DOCTRINE (Act of learning; knowledge; the principles or truths taught by Christ and his apostles)
Deuteronomy 32:2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
Job 11:4 For thou hast said, My doctrine is pure, and I am clean in thine eyes.
Proverbs 4:2 For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law.
Isaiah 28: 9-10 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10 For precept must be upon precept; line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
Mark 1:22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
John 7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
John 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
Titus 2:7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing incorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
2 John 1: 9-10 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
EXALT (To elevate: to raise up high praise; to magnify; to extol)
Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him a habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
Psalm 34:3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Psalm 37:34 Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
Psalm 99:5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
Psalm 107:32 Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
Matthew 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
DEATH (Termination of life; separation of the soul from God; being under the dominion of sin)
Exodus 35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
Leviticus 20:9 For every one that cursed his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
Psalm 6:5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Romans 5:17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
Romans 6:3-5 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
1 Corinthians 15:54-56 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
