PERSECUTION (The infliction of pain, punishment or death upon others unjustly)

Lamentations 5:5 Our necks are under persecution: we labour, and have no rest.

Matthew 13:21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

Mark 10:30 But he shall receive and hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
