The Power of Prayer

In prayer is the faith of God. He is full of faith. He is a producer of his Word. Think of God as a Producer and fruitful. He has promises for us.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall

not return to Me void. But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall

prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue.

Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes and in Him

Amen, to the glory of God through us.

God is telling us that it will produce what he spoke. How satisfying is that? That his word will produce.

This why it is important for us to pray scripturally, what God says about a

matter. It will produce. He will produce what we are asking him to do. This gives

the angels an assignment. They hearken to the Word of God.

Confidence

Think about a time recently when you needed more confidence. When a situation left you frustrated or fretful a spirit of fear arose within you. You may not have the answer at that given moment.

John 3:21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have

confidence toward God.

Hebrew 10:35-36 Do not cast away your confidence, which has great

reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the

will of God you may receive the promise.

John 5:14-15 This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask

anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears

us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have

asked of Him.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun

a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Also, Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.

Courage

Whatever we face we can have the courage to face the challenges that are presented to us to win. Yes, Be bold and strong.

Philippians 4:13 again: I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.

Joshua 1:9 Be strong and of good courage be not afraid or dismayed for

the Lord they God is with thee whither so ever thou goest.

Psalms 31:24 Be of good courage and HE shall strengthen your heart, all you who

hope in the Lord.

Psalms 27:14 Wait on the Lord. Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your

heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord.
